[Product]Yuhong® SAM-960 Strip Self-adhesive Polymer Modified Bitumen Waterproof Membrane, is a kind of self-adhesive waterproof membranes, which adopts polyester felt or glass fiber felt as embryo substrates, whose both surfaces are coated by the elastomer (SBS) modified bitumen, whose upper surface is coated by PE film, fine sand and mineral granule as isolating materials, whose lower surface is coated by strip self-adhesive rubber bitumen, and which is attached with strippable coated silicon isolating film or coated silicon wrinkle isolating paper as isolating materials.
It abides by Enterprise Standard Q/SY YHF 011-2007 Strip Self-adhesive Polymer Modified Bitumen Waterproof Membrane.

Types
1)It is classified into polyester fiber (PY) and glass fiber (G) according to embryo substrates.
2) It is classified into PE film (PE), fine sand (S) and mineral granule (M) according to upper surface materials.
3) It is classified into Type I and Type II according to physical and mechanical properties.

[Package, Storage, Transportation ]Package— — Packaging to rolls with plastic belts.
Storage— — Rain and sun shall be avoided and pay attention to ventilation. The storage temperature should be no higher than 50º C. The products should stand when they are stored., and the height should be less than two layers.
[Features]With the special formula and unique fabrication technology, the product can use cold construction method without naked fire or bonding agent There is no environmental pollution, therefore, the product are environmentally-friendly.
Polyester felt has high tensile strength, elongation rate and strong adaptability for substrate shrinking and cracking deformation.
It adopts SBS modified bitumen as coating material on the surfaces which has high and low temperature resistant properties to meet the needs of waterproof layer exposed.
It has good bonding performance. The self-adhesion of membrane seam has same life-span with membrane.
The self-adhesive rubber bitumen under the surface of membrane is well-regulated strip coating. Membrane is strip bonded with substrates. The system has the following unique features:
1)Form the channel of exhausting steam, balance the steam pressure of substrates, and avoid waterproof layer from uplifting.
2) When substrates are shrinking and cracking deformation, the zero extension phenomenon of waterproof layer is completely avoidable due to the full bonding of waterproof layer and substrates.
[Application Range]The strip self-adhesive waterproof membrane are widely applied to the strip bonding waterproof layer membrane and substrates in some plane parts such as the roof of industrial and civil buildings, garage roof and underground concrete floor. It is particularly applicable to the roof projects whose structure is unstable or which is easy to be shrinking and cracking deformation, and which may generate steam.
