[Construction Features]: The Basal Construction Requirement of Waterproof Membrane System
Waterproof Substrate— — It has the capability to support the waterproof layer. It should be made as an arc with radius 50mm in the corner.
Substrate Treatment— — The normal substrate is the cement and concrete layer, which should be messiness, dry, planeness.
Waterproof Layer— — It has two kinds of construction: There are two kinds of structures of laminated and single layers, for laminated layers, thickness of each layer shall be not lower than 3mm; For single layer, thickness of the single layer shall not be lower than 4mm.
Waterproof Accessional Layer— — It should be applied at the details such as inside and outside corners, cullis, gutter, three facets angle, water dripping area, underground pipes, etc
Airproof Waterproof Layer— — It shall be set on the seam, membrane ends and brims.
Protection layer— — According to the project and engineering demand, it should be applied on the surface of waterproof layer, to protect and insulate the waterproof layer.
Other Construction of Waterproof Membrane System— — Reasonably collocated according to the project type and construction function.

[Construction Points]: Construction methods— — Hot melt, cold and hot adhering methods could be adopted to adhere sheets and substrates, or different sheets. While constructed with hot melt method, the thickness of membrane must be over 3mm; If constructed with cold adhering method, the thickness of cold adhesive must be 0.5~1mm.
Matching materials— — Mainly includes Yuhong brand BPS-201 substrate curing agent, BAC-211 rubber-asphalt adhesive (cold adhering method), BCW-251 rubber-asphalt coating, BSR-242 asphalt membrane sealant, metal battens and bolts.
Substrate preparation— — Waterproofing substrates shall be flat, solid, and sufficiently dried. Detail structures shall meet requirements of related stipulations and designs.
Detail joints ----additional self-adhesive membrane should be applied at general details(e. G inside and outside corners, cullis, gutter) as waterproofing layer. Additonal membrane or coat should be applied at complicated details(e. G. Three facets angle, water dripping area, etc) and the details should be dealed with sealant before or after applying membrane to inform multi-defense structure.

[Attentions for Construction]: Construction shall not be carried out in rain, snow or over 5 degree wind weather.
There shall be sufficient safety protective facilities in construction site, place firefighting devices according to stipulations.
